
Salmon Salad in Brioche
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can Munkebo Seafood – Lemon & Basil Salmon
- 2 spring onions
- 1 heaped tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 Brioche hot dog buns
- Garnish: caviar or pickled red onions
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Grab a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Rinse and finely chop the spring onions, then add them to the bowl.
Step 2
Add the crème fraîche and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Open the can of Munkebo Seafood Lemon & Basil Salmon.
Add the salmon pieces to the bowl.
Reserve the liquid and add it gradually at the end to enhance the lemon flavor.
Step 4
Mix everything together until you achieve a creamy, yet firm texture. Adjust with the liquid if needed.
Step 5
Lightly toast the brioche hot dog buns and slice them open (if not pre-sliced).
Fill each bun with the delicious salmon salad.
Finish with a garnish of pickled red onions or a spoonful of caviar for an extra touch of elegance.
