
Kiln Roasted Salmon Tattie Scones

INGREDIENTS
- Native Hebridean Kiln Roasted Salmon (flaked)
- Potato scones
- Mixed leafy greens (spinach, red‑leaf lettuce, etc.)
- Balsamic glaze
- Fresh lemon wedges
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1 - Prepare the base
Lightly toast small slices of potato scone until crisp and golden.
STEP 2 - Add fresh greens
Layer each piece with a small handful of mixed leaves such as spinach or red‑leaf lettuce.
STEP 3 - Flake the salmon
Flake the salmon Gently break the Native Hebridean Kiln Roasted Salmon into generous flakes and place on top of the greens.
STEP 4 - Finish with dressing
Finish with flavour Drizzle a little balsamic glaze over each canapé and add a squeeze of fresh lemon.
