
Avocado toast with hot smoked salmon

INGREDIENTS
- Native Hebridean Kiln Roasted Salmon (flaked)

1 ripe avocado

3 slices of toasted bread

Chilli jam or red pepper relish

Chopped chives
-
Lemon, salt & pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1 –Toast the bread
Toast your slices until golden and crisp.
STEP 2 – Mash the avocado
Mash the avocado with a squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper, then spread generously over the warm toast.
STEP 3 – Add the salmon
Flake the cooked salmon into chunky pieces and scatter over the avocado.
STEP 4 – Add the topping
Spoon over a little chilli jam or red pepper relish for sweetness and heat.
STEP 5 – Finish with chives
Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve immediately.
